Iggy Azalea Delivers First “Sally Walker” Performance On ‘Jimmy Kimmel’

Iggy Azalea has a legitimate hit on her hands with her comeback single “Sally Walker.” The J. White-produced banger has already netted the Aussie superstar her biggest chart success on the Billboard Hot 100 in three years. After peaking just outside the Top 60, it slid off this week’s chart. However, it could (and should) rebound with a promotional push. Luckily, that has begun. Last night (May 4), the 28-year-old lined up her first televised performance of the single for Jimmy Kimmel Live. And it was a suitably eye-popping affair. Performing in Vegas, Iggy really did the damn thing.

After a fierce introduction from Drag Race alum Vanessa Vanjie Mateo (Miss Vanjie), the hitmaker emerged from a coffin. Draped in pearls and dressed in all red, Iggy bopped across the stage with the support of a crew of dancers. And she clearly really enjoyed herself. “I Had the best time on @jimmykimmellive tonight,” she gushed in a post on Instagram. She was equally ecstatic about the moment on Twitter. “This is shaping up to be an era most pleasing to me in my career,” she wrote. While it is great to see the Survive The Summer diva getting some well-deserved recognition, it is even better to know how happy she is.
