Jennifer Lopez Stuns In Extravagant “Medicine” Video

Jennifer Lopez has what could be a massive hit on her hands with “Medicine.” The horn-heavy banger features a guest verse from French Montana and recaptures the vibe of previous anthems including “Get Right” and “Do It Well.” It arrived to rave reviews last week, and the reverse-aging legend delivered a one-two punch by rolling out the accompanying video last night (April 7). Of course, it should hardly surprise you that it is a stunning work of art. In it, the eternally glam diva is the main attraction at a festival. She serves endless looks on the carousel and foresees the future in a crystal ball. I don’t know about you, but I’d guess JLo forecasted that she has a viral release on her hands.

That’s not all, though. Later in the video last year’s Video Vanguard Award recipient executes a choreographed routine in a hall of mirrors and jumps on a stripper pole before ceding the floor to her collaborator. Boasting gorgeous costumes, striking staging and no shortage of personality, Jenny’s latest is yet another high-budget blockbuster. With any luck, it’ll give the single enough of a boost to make a strong debut on the Billboard Hot 100 in the coming weeks. I’d love to see the “Limitless” icon line up a couple of televised performances, too. With the right push, she is all but guaranteed to dominate the charts all spring.
