Stagecoach 2019, Day 2
We recap the highlights of Day 2 including Luke Combs, Sam Hunt and Cam.

The Empire Polo Club played host to a very different kind of music fan this weekend. Instead of the flower crown-wearing Coachella crowd, country connoisseurs descended upon Indio, California on Friday (April 26) — complete with cowboy boots, Daisy Dukes and American flags — to soak up the honky tonk tunes and good vibes of Stagecoach. While there was a lot of old-school country to be heard, the festival also gave a nod to the blurring of genre lines on Day 3 with a surprise appearance from Diplo.

The super producer, who is releasing a country EP, closed Stagecoach with a star-studded set in the Palomino tent. He brought out Cam to perform their new collaboration, “So Long,” and then pulled off the coup of the festival. Diplo invited Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus on stage to perform their chart-topping banger, “Old Town Road,” for the very first time. Other highlights of Day 3 included Lauren Alaina’s impressive set on the Mane Stage as well as Jason Aldean’s hit-filled headlining slot. Click through our gallery of pics up top.
