The 2019 Billboard Music Awards are shaping up to be one of the biggest nights in music this year. Taking place at Las Vegas’s MGM Grand Garden Arena, this year’s show boasts an impressive lineup of performers. Madonna and Maluma are set to deliver a budget-busting rendition of their slinky collaboration “Medellin.” And they’re in very good company. Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift, Brendon Urie, BTS, Halsey and the night’s host Kelly Clarkson will also take the stage. Speaking of the elusive chanteuse, the Caution diva will pick up this year’s coveted ICON Award. It’s a tight race to see who else will be taking home a trophy tonight.

Cardi B leads the field of nominees with 21 nods to her name. The rap empress is in the running for some of the biggest honors including Top Artist and Top Hot 100 Artist. Trailing close behind are Drake and Post Malone with 17 nominations a piece. Others with multiple nominations to their name include Ariana Grande (9), Ella Mai, Bad Bunny and J Balvin (8 a piece), The Carters – AKA Beyonce and Jay-Z – (3) and many more of our favs. It’s sure to be a tight race, and we’ll keep you up to date with who all comes out on top.
