It looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer for Astrid S’ debut LP. Instead of rolling out a larger body of work, the 22-year-old is releasing her third LP on August 30. She hasn’t revealed the tracklist for Trust Issues yet but “Emotion,” “Closer,” “Someone New” and “The First One” are expected to make the cut. The Norwegian pop star is supporting the EP with an acoustic tour. The Stripped Down Tour kicks off in Trondheim, Norway on September 11 and stops in five other countries, before winding up in London, UK on September 26.

“Since I got into music and songwriting when I was fifteen, I would always write and perform with only a guitar or by the piano,” Astrid reveals. “For this tour I wanted to bring that to life by doing a ‘Stripped Down’ tour,” she continues. “It’s going to be very intimate so I can try my best to make people feel the same magical feeling I had when writing these songs.” You can see all the tour dates below. (Hopefully more shows will be added). If the singles are any indication, Trust Issues is going to be her best EP yet.

I’m going on tour in September! Tickets on sale FRIDAY 9am local time 💜 I’ve wanted to do a tour like this for SO long! I’ve hand picked the venues to fit the show and atmosphere, and I think it’s going to be super special! When I started doing music I would always perform and write songs with just a guitar or a piano. And I still do! But I don’t feel like I get to show this side of me as much. So be able to do a tour like this and show you my music in a way that feels 100% genuine and authentic and ME is just uhhghghhghug overwhelming. Bring your friends, little sister, family or come make new friends and meet me so I can do this forevvverrr cus I love touring and making music so very very much.
