It is officially time to sound the alarm. Why? Because we have a pop emergency on our hands. Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande and Lana Del Rey are up to something. The internet has been alive with rumors about a potential collaboration for a couple days now. Today (June 26), Miley and Ari hopped online to confirm some sort of joint venture. And it looks like it has to do with the forthcoming Charlie’s Angels movie. The duo uploaded a video featuring the film’s logo and a promise that something was uploading on social media.

“WE ARE COMING,” Miley enthused in the accompanying caption. Meanwhile Ari wrote that the film’s trailer drops tomorrow. We’re still waiting for Lana to share the video. However, she was tagged in Miley’s caption, which all but confirms her involvement. Right now, it seems like a safe bet that the trio recorded a new song for the accompanying soundtrack. If that is the case, hopefully we’ll get a first taste of it in the trailer. It will be interesting to hear what something featuring the three divas sounds like as their styles are very distinct.

No matter what, I’m expecting it to be an absolute smash. While we wait for more information, check out their cryptic announcements below.
