Premiere: RVBY Opens Up On New Single “Hanging On”

RVBY is someone you want to start familiarizing yourself with. Hailing from Bristol, the singer-songwriter has been carving out a space for herself with her striking vocals and powerful pen. Last year, she established herself as One To Watch with the unveiling of her debut single “L.O.V.E.” Next up was her inspiring anthem “Honey Bee” and a handful of festival performances. And she is just getting started. Friday (July 12), she returns with her latest single “Hanging On,” and it is her best release to date.

Over a production courtesy of Toby Scott, the rising star opens up about her feelings for someone. “Do you feel the way I feel when we’re together. Would you believe me If I told you I’d be feeling this forever,” she sings before the beat starts building under her ethereal voice. “Oh, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe. I can’t see you ever feeling like this in love.” Her feelings and the production crescendo on the chorus. “Call me friend and keep me hanging on. Hold me closer than you did before,” RVBY pleads.

“As soon as I wrote ‘Hanging On,’ I couldn’t wait for people to hear it and now that moment is here!!!! I’m so excited,” she said in an exclusive quote.
