2019 is shaping up to be a big year for Mabel. The Brit landed a global smash with “Don’t Call Me Up.” Earlier this month it was dubbed the biggest hit of the year by a British female artist on the UK’s Top 40 chart. Now time is ticking down until the release of her debut album High Expectations. The much-anticipated collection arrives August 2 and houses gems including her latest single “Mad Love.” Today she graced us with another taste of the tracklist – “Bad Behaviour.” And her latest is just as much fun as her previous anthems. “Don’t get me faded,” she sings. “If you don’t want to see me acting like a fool. If you can’t keep up with my bad behaviour.”

“You can’t contain me. Every time I’m up, I run around you. You know you can’t keep up,” she chants over raucous beats courtesy of Dre Skull and Wildlife. Mabel opened up about the track in an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1. “I wrote ‘Bad Behaviour’ after a sort of night out when somebody had been like, ‘You’re acting crazy. You need to tone it down a little bit.’ You know, when you sort of have that feeling and you’re like, ‘Oh, my God, no. Oh my god, am I being too crazy?’ And then woke up the next day and was like, ‘I wasn’t, I was just having a good time,'” she explained. “And I wanted to write a song about that.”
