Charli XCX joins forces with Lizzo for 'Blame It On Your Love.' Watch the wild video.

Charli XCX’s long-awaited third LP, Charli, is shaping up to be one of the best pop offerings of 2019. So far, the Brit has dished up four mouth-watering collaborations. She got the party started with the Troye Sivan-assisted “1999” and then backed it up with “Blame It On Your Love” featuring Lizzo. Her next duet partners were Christine And The Queens (“Gone” is my favorite track from the album thus far) and Sky Ferreira. Never one to get her foot off our neck, Charli is about to bless New Music Friday with another bop.

“BORED SO I’M GONNA DROP ANOTHER SONG FROM MY ALBUM ON FRIDAY!” the 27-year-old revealed on social media. “AND ITS GONNA BE WARM FT [HAIM]. COMMENT YAAAASSSS IF U CANT WAIT AND U WANT IT!” It’s a solid YAS from me. If only to find out of the alt-rock/pop trio ventures into Charli’s electro-pop world or if she takes the plunge into theirs. (My money is on the former). Charli drops on September 13, five, long years since the arrival of Sucker. See the pop star’s announcement below.
