Faouzia is ready to take the world by a storm. The talented 19-year-old has been steadily building up an impressive discography for years now. She struck gold with a feature on David Guetta’s “Battle.” The soaring anthem landed on the iconic hitmaker’s 7 album last year. And she’s churned out several more hits since. That includes an iconic violin cover of “Old Town Road.” Today (September 18) she adds another to her collection with “You Don’t Even Know Me.” Her latest is a rip-roaring anthem with an empowering message about overcoming those who doubt you.

“You don’t know a thing at all. You don’t know about the way I am when I am all alone,” she belts. “You don’t know about the way I love so deep into my bones.” Seriously, vocals are served. Faouzia opened up about her new bop in a press release. “’You Don’t Even Know Me’ is a reminder to myself and to everyone who hears this song that there are very few people that truly know who you are,” she explained. “The negative opinions of others and the rumors that surround you ultimately mean nothing. You just need to take it with a grain of salt and keep being yourself because no matter what you do, people will have false perceptions of you.”

And it gets even better. How so? Faouzia paired the release with a simple but visually stunning video. Give it a view below.
