Janet Jackson truly is a generous queen. Yesterday (September 19) marked the 30th anniversary of her iconic, 12x platinum album Rhythm Nation 1814. And she celebrated in style. How so? The 53-year-old made nine coveted Rhythm Nation 1814 remix albums available online. In total, that amounts to 90 tracks. The majority of those are game-changing remixes of beloved anthems like “Black Cat,” “Alright,” “Escapade,” “Miss You Much,” “State Of The World” and “Rhythm Nation.”

However, there are some exceptions. That includes three song that did not make the official album: “The Skin Game,” “You Need Me” and “The 1814 Megamix.” Where can you find them? “The Skin Game” appears in two different versions (one is an instrumental) on the tracklist for Come Back To Me: The Remixes. Another highlight on that tracklist is a Spanish version of “Come Back To Me.” Meanwhile “You Need Me” and “The 1814 Megamix” both take up residency on Love Will Never Do (Without You): The Remixes.

Originally released between 1989 and 1990, this is the first time all of these tracks have been available on digital platforms. That makes this a doubly exciting way for the “Made For Now” legend to celebrate. That’s not all she has in store, either. Janet is also in the midst of a tour. Check out dates here.
