Mariah Carey's 'Caution': Album Review
Here's our track-by-track review of Mariah's impeccable 'Caution' album.

Mariah Carey’s reputation as the undisputed Queen of Christmas grows stronger each year. As soon as Thanksgiving ends and December nears, the 5-octave angel develops superpowers and her festival material starts climbing the charts. Last year, Mimi’s seminal “All I Want For Christmas Is You” reached a new peak of number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2019, it could be the song’s parent album that scales new heights. The stunning 49-year-old is releasing a 2CD deluxe edition of Merry Christmas to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

“Lambily! MERRY CHRISTMAS is turning 25 and I’m celebrating by releasing a special 2CD Deluxe Anniversary Edition on Nov. 1 featuring my St. John The Divine performance & more,” Mariah captioned a hilarious announcement video. (According to the vocal legend, she recorded the album when she was two). “Pre-order now for early access to tickets to my US tour.” In all fairness, the Lamb Whisperer advised us to enjoy Halloween and Thanksgiving before getting in the Christmas spirit. But who has time for that when new Mimi is on the horizon?
