UPDATE: Check out the official lyric video for SHAED and ZAYN’s “Trampoline” remix below.

“Trampoline” turned into a serious breakout hit for electro-pop trio SHAED. First released in 2018, the song exploded following an appearance in an Apple commercial. It already conquered Billboard’s Rock Airplay and Alternative Songs charts. Now it is steadily building momentum on the Hot 100. This week the hummable earworm reached a new peak within the Top 40. And it will likely soar even higher on the back of a remix featuring ZAYN. Out today (September 26), the update finds the “Satisfaction” crooner splitting vocal duties with lead singer Chelsea Lee.

Instead of contributing a new verse, he effortlessly melds himself into the already existing production, which turned out to be a brilliant decision. His velvety vocals are a perfect match for Chelsea’s, and the end result is appropriately dreamlike. With any luck, it will send “Trampoline” bounding up the chart in the coming weeks. The song marks ZAYN’s first release since he linked up with Zhavia Ward and Becky G for English and Spanish versions of “A Whole New World” back in May. Interestingly it comes in the midst of a slew of One Direction solo projects.

This month we’ve already seen releases from Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Not only that, but we’re expecting something from Niall Horan any minute now. If Harry Styles joins the party, we’ll have new music from all five members of the group, and life will be grand. While we wait to see if that fever dream comes together, fall in love with ZAYN and SHAED’s lush remix below.
