Film Review: 'Hustlers'
'Hustlers' is a razor-sharp romp that showcases Jennifer Lopez's acting chops.

It’s official! After weeks of whispers and cryptic social media posts, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira have been announced as half-time performers at Super Bowl LIV on February 20, 2020. “Going to set the world on,” J.Lo captioned a pic with her co-headliner. “It doesn’t get any bigger than this! So excited about getting on that #SuperBowlLIV #PepsiHalftime stage!” Shakira added. Given the location of the game (Miami, Florida), this is the perfect choice. In addition to being worldwide superstars, both women are loud, proud Latinas with huge local followings.

The timing couldn’t be any better. Jennifer is riding high (and garnering Oscar buzz) for her role in box office smash Hustlers and Shakira has just wound up the record-breaking El Dorado World Tour. We know that Jenny has new music in the can, which will — no doubt — be released in the lead up to Super Bowl LIV. The Colombian queen hasn’t hinted at new material, but there’s still more than enough time to cook up another single. Now, they just have to narrow down the setlist. With so many hits between them, it’s going to be hard!
