Anitta has been an unstoppable force in 2019. The Brazilian pop goddess graced us with so much content. That includes her impeccable visual album Kisses and massive collabs with the likes of Madonna, Black Eyed Peas, Major Lazer and DJ Snake. She also lent her voice to a couple film soundtracks. The “Banana” siren recorded English, Portuguese and Spanish versions of “Ugly” for UglyDolls earlier this year. Today (October 23) she followed that up with her Charlie’s Angels track “Pantera.”

Her contribution to the Ariana Grande co-executive produced album is a predictably slinky bop. I’m excited to see how it will fit into the film, which premieres November 15. And it has me even more excited to hear the rest of the soundtrack. Anitta is in very good company on the tracklist, which features songs from several other musical femme fatales. Of course Ari, Lana Del Rey and Miley Cyrus’s “Don’t Call Me Angel” is in the mix. As is Kim Petras, ALMA, Stefflon Don and Kash Doll’s “How It’s Done.”

Other tracks include a collaboration between Ariana, Nicki Minaj and Normani and a remix of Donna Summer’s “Bad Girls.” All things considered, it promises to be one of the hottest collections of the year. And “Pantera” is an instant standout. Pre-oder the album here and press plan on Anitta’s latest smash below.
