The MTV EMAs boasted a very talented lineup of performers this year. Taking place in Seville, Spain last night (November 3), the show featured a slew of remarkable up-and-comers and established hitmakers. The night’s host Becky G took the stage for not one but two performances. Decked out in jewels, she joined Akon to sing “Como No.” Better yet was a medley of hits off her long-awaited debut album. That included a fiery rendition of “24/7” alongside viral smashes “Sin Pijama” and “Mayores.” The latter included a sexy breakdown and some chic neon staging that took the bop to the next level.

She was in good company. Another of the evening’s standout performances came from Dua Lipa. Fresh off the release of her disco-tinged “Don’t Start Now,” she flooded FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre with a sea of neon-dressed dancers to bring the anthem to life. The Brit always brings striking visuals to her awards show sets. But this is evidence that she’s clearly been working on her stage presence, and it’s really paying off. Equally impressive was Halsey’s rendition of “Graveyard.”

Turning the stage into an enchanted garden (before setting it ablaze), she delivered strong vocals, choreography and an ethereal look. Hopefully this means we’ll be getting more promo from her in the near future. “Graveyard” hasn’t even cracked the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 yet, and it certainly deserves more. Continuing with the pop divas, Ava Max worked her way through “Torn” and breakout hit “Sweet But Psycho,” Mabel performed “Don’t Call Me Up” on top of a phone and Rosalía lit things up with “Di Mi Nombre.”

Then there were the guys. Niall Horan rocked out to a strong rendition of “Nice To Meet Ya” in the midst of a blinding light show. K-Pop supergroup NCT 127 delivered a tightly choreographed performance of “Highway To Heaven.” Want more? Iconic rockers Green Day brought the heat during a mash-up of “Father Of All” and “Basket Case” and Liam Gallagher played “Once” and “Wonderwall.” Dive into footage from all of the performances (including Sofia Reyes, Jhay Cortez and Pabllo Vittar’s pre-show sets) below.
