The Fifth Harmony member rang in her birthday in an awesome way.

Historically, Wall Street has been dominated by men. Women in the industry often feel pressured to fit into its toxic frat culture. Either they endure outright sexism and harassment, or they leave.

Fifth Harmony imagines an alternate universe in its life-affirming “Worth It” video. Messages like “Women In Power” and “Feminism Is Sexy” scroll across the screens in the girl group’s own NASDAQ MarketSite. Male minions are tasked to read the ticker tape, as Fifth Harmony’s members nudge them with their stiletto heels — yesDinah — to work harder. Featured rapper Kid Ink pops up, though clearly the women have taken charge.

As Fifth Harmony transitioned from X Factor finalists to a bonafide Billboard-charting act, it raised a few eyebrows over its sexier image. As this video drives home, though, there’s a clear difference between women dressing for the male gaze and doing so for their own personal satisfaction. Fifth Harmony knows this, among many other lessons that girls should take to heart. And in a perfect world, Wall Street and other icky, male-dominated industries would too.
