The massively successful pop titans caused the biggest shock of the night by teaming up on stage for a somber, yet powerful performance of Madge’s new Rebel Heart single, “Ghosttown.” Later on, M returned the favor by awarding Taylor with the Artist Of The Year award. And by the looks of it, they’re pretty enamored with each other!
The two record-breaking superstars also took turns paying homage to each other off-stage too, with Madonna Instagramming her #RebelHeart away (“My new favorite guitar player! Thank you Taylor! Just you and I in a #ghostown”) while Taylor went shaking and crying over professional pics of their collaboration on Twitter. #MyFangirlLife!
