Fergie Teases A Sexy New Video
Fergie teased a sexy new video. Is 'Double Dutchess' finally happening?

Last week I pondered if Fergie’s forever-delayed sophomore LP was back on track when she teased a new video. There’s still no release date, but the project is definitely starting to gain momentum. The Black Eyed Peas diva made a cameo on Rick Ross’ Snapchat — it looks like they’re filming a second visual for “Hungry” — and debuted a new song at Milan Fashion Week event last night (February 25). Fergie embraces her inner rock chick, somewhat surprisingly, on a guitar-heavy number called “Love Is Pain.”

“Cause pain is love and love is pain,” the 41-year-old growled over thunderous riffs. I really wasn’t expecting a throwback to Fergie’s 2007 rock phase (ok, it only lasted one song), but I’m not mad. I still love her cover of Heart’s “Barracuda” and that outrageous Today Show performance ranks as one of my all-time favorite breakfast TV moments. Double Dutchess is obviously finished and multiple videos are in the can. Hopefully, the label will settle on a release date soon. Watch/listen to a snippet of “Love Is Pain” below.
