Kylie Minogue put on one of the biggest shows at Glastonbury 2019. Yesterday (June 30), the fabulous 51-year-old took the Pyramid Stage at the festival for a nostalgia-inducing performance. It was also a history-making moment for the icon, coming 14 years after she was forced to cancel a headlining slot due to a breast cancer diagnosis. And she celebrated the triumphant moment with a gloriously hit-filled setlist. After opening with “Love At First Sight,” she moved through a collection of timeless anthems, classic ballads and effervescent bops.

What made the setlist? Kylie worked her way through hits that spanned her decades-long career such as “All The Lovers,” “I Should Be So Lucky,” “The Loco-Motion” and “Slow.” Her most recent album, 2018’s Golden, got a bit of love, too. The LP’s lead single “Dancing” made an appearance toward the back end of the set. She also welcomed some famous friends to the stage. That included her “Where The Wild Roses Grow” collaborator Nick Cave. They reunited for a passionate performance of the folksy ballad.

But that wasn’t all. Coldplay’s Chris Martin joined Kylie for a rendition of her mega-hit “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head.” She introduced him with an emotional speech that recognized her cancelled performance. “The story is in 2005 I was meant to be here on this very stage,” she said. “Circumstances meant that I didn’t make it. But I was watching from Australia.” The Aussie star explained that while watching, she was moved to see artists covering her songs. And she invited Martin out to help her play the song Coldplay covered. That made for a very sweet moment in an already powerful performance.
