Britney Spears’ 'Glory': Album Review
Is Britney Spears' new LP something sensational? Find out in our 'Glory' review.

While Britney Spears is still in full promo mode for 9th LP Glory, it looks like she has already started working on the follow-up. The pop star muses on B10 in a new interview with Vegas Player. “I’m not sure what I want the next album to sound like,” the 34-year-old reveals. “I just know that I’m excited to get into the studio again and actually have already been back recording.” It’s great to see the “Make Me” diva so invested in her music career again, but it could mean that this era is cut a little short.

Regardless of the album’s fate, it definitely sparked something in Britney. “I think the vibe of Glory is a lot different than my previous albums,” she explains. “We experimented with so many things while we were making the record. I feel like this time, I was really able to be hands on. I’m so proud of every song that we put on the album… the songs on Glory were no-brainers for me — they were the best of all the songs we recorded.” The latest single from the LP, “Slumber Party,” debuted at number 86 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week.
