Long before Lady Gaga was the mega pop star we’ve come to know and love, and even longer before the “Marry The Night” singer teamed up with Terry Richardson, she was just 19-year-old Stefani Germonatta posing for friend and restaurant coworker Malgorzata Saniewska.
