I'm glad that they got rid of the "one book per band/artist" rule for this series, because I'd much rather read about Born to Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town or Nebraska instead of Born in the U.S.A.

I think that moomintroll's taxonomy of bands (in the Marmite post) anticipated the one laid out by Kevin Roberts:
Low Respect / Low Love (Products)==> Ketchup bands - Bands that everyone likes, but that have very few die hard fans.
Low Respect / High Love (Fads)==> Ranch Dressing bands - Guilty pleasures.

Apparently there was a significant amount of material recorded during the Magic sessions that didn't make it onto that album, so it's quite likely that some of those songs will end up on the new one.
