Madonna Is Working On New Tunes With Swedish Super-Producer Avicii
Here’s some great news for your Friday afternoon. Madonna is working on new music with Swedish super-producer Avicii, who has carved out a niche as the king of pop-friendly EDM with mega-hits like “Wake Me Up” and “Hey Brother”. The legendary diva casually announced the news in an Instagram update, commenting: “Doing some house work before heading to the studio with Avicci!”
There’s so much to love about this but let’s start with the fact that Madonna was scrubbing her bathroom in fishnet stockings (above) and couldn’t be bothered spell-checking Avicii’s name. More excitingly, this indicates that the 55-year-old is taking it back to the clubs on her 13th album after dabbling in hip-hop — rather unsuccessfully — on MDNA and Hard Candy.
