Women About To Pop: Charli XCX
If we were putting together these lists in 2008, Charli XCX may well have appeared on it. The shift in attitude had immediate results. Hertfordshire’s hottest export is still the darling of the electro world but now has a record deal with IAMSOUND and a hot new single called “You’re The One” ready to assault the airwaves.
