Zayn Malik’s Alternate ‘Mind Of Mine’ Cover Isn’t A Lil Wayne Ripoff, Is Sexy

Zayn Malik‘s solo debut Mind Of Mine drops March 25, and the cover art would be goofy-adorable if it weren’t such a blatant ripoff of Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter III and IV (Malik denies that he copied the Weezy pics). But now an alternate cover has surfaced on Amazon France, according to Breathe Heavy, and it’s sure to wipe the Lil Wayne mini-controversy from anyone’s mind.

It’s basically a repurposing of his “Pillowtalk” single art, but the shirtless photo is in full color this time and free of those pesky block letters that were blocking the view. If Zayn’s trying to move away from his heartthrob boy band past, then it makes sense if he decided against using this as the main cover.
