We all know pop fans go hard
— and that’s why two of pop’s hottest superstars, Iggy Azalea
and Demi Lovato
, have been selected to co-headline VEVO’s first ever Vevo CERTIFIED SuperFanFest concert at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on October 8.
The celebratory event, which will be made available to view October 16 at 4 PM EST on VEVO, is part of the music video’s CERTIFIED award program, an achievement for those videos that exceed 100 million views. And now, those artists want to thank you for getting them to the top.
As for what to expect? “Exclusive original programming including award presentations, artist commentary and fan tributes” — and plenty of fan interaction, of course. In fact, some attendees will even be selected to present awards on stage, as well as taking over the VEVO Instagram account. Who run the world? Fans.

Move over, Proactiv: Dr. Demi Lovato
is coming for the crown in the skincare world.
Her newly announced line, called Devonne By Demi,, and was developed out of Demi’s own passion for skincare. “Ever since I was a young girl, I have always been about skincare for some reason. When you take time to do things for yourself like care for your skin, you feel the most confident,” she explained to People.
The newly launched site shows off the 3-step line of sweet lemon and peppermint-scented products (yum!), which were developed “as the perfection companion to her on-the-go lifestyle.” But it’s not just a line of products: Proceeds from the products will go to the Lovato Treatment Scholarship, which supports recovery programs for young women. When Demi Lovato
appeared at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards
on Sunday night, she stunned on the red carpet her gorgeous, generously low cut red dress.
But for Demi, the glamorous look meant more than just another dress.
Yesterday, the outspoken “Really Don’t Care” diva posted a side-by-side comparison of some of the dresses she’s worn at the event over the years and reflected on the change in her attitude about her body over the years. “I remember the day I wore the dress in the very first picture. I remember asking for spanx to flatten my stomach because I use to feel so heavy and ‘fat’. Now looking at this picture, you can clearly see my hip bones. It makes me sad because I wasted so many years ashamed of my body when I could’ve been living the happy and healthy life I live today,” she explained to her followers in the emotional message.
Demi has continued to be vocal over the years about her issues with her body image, eating disorders and gaining self-acceptance while continuing to inspire her fans. And while that is an ongoing journey, it sounds like the talented young songstress is truly feeling as beautiful inside and she looks on the outside. Get it, Demi!

was rudely overlooked in all the major categories but she still managed to steal the show on the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet in Los Angeles tonight (August 24). The 22-year-old sexed up her image by rocking a stunning red grown with a plunging neckline. In fact, it plunged so low that we could almost see her navel.
There’s no denying that the Disney diva has the curves to pull off such a bold look and she seemed extremely comfortable and confident. So good for her. Demi is currently celebrating the fourth hit single from her self-titled LP and is about the hit the road — again — for another blockbuster tour. Oh, and in her spare time, she’s helping promote mental health awareness. More »
It’s that time of year again! A time to celebrate the year’s best videos at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, yes — but also a time to yell and scream at the sheer snubbery of it all.
Every year, a few beloved clips from our pop acts go ruthlessly unrecognized by the annual award show. We’ve been compiling a list of the most deserved videos that flew under MTV’s radar this year, but now we want to hear from you: What video do you think deserved a nomination (or ten!) this year?
Below are our most snubbed videos of ’14 — from Britney‘s “Work Bitch” to Lady Gaga‘s “G.U.Y.” and “Applause” to Demi Lovato‘s “Neon Lights.” All of these videos (and more) got a whopping zero nominations — so it’s time to speak out: Place your vote after the jump and serve justice for your faves! (Don’t see your fave on the list? Let us know in the comments and we’ll add it to the poll!) More »

The 2014 Teen Choice Awards aired last night, which saw some of our favorite teen-pop faves winning awards as voted on by teens. Teen power!
Along with a star-studded cast of presenters last night, there was certainly no shortage of musical action on the main stage: From Demi Lovato and Cher Lloyd‘s killer live rendition of their Demi summer banger “Really Don’t Care,” to Magic!‘s chart-topping #1 “Rude,” to Rixton‘s “Wait On Me” and “Me & My Broken Heart,” to Becky G‘s infectious “Shower” all the way to Jason Derulo and his inescapable summer jams, “Wiggle” and “Talk Dirty,” the night was filled with killer live performances. (Note: Rita Ora was scheduled to hit the stage too, but was allegedly blocked by ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris from performing the song. #DRAMA!)
