With little inventions like eBay and iTunes, the pop icon’s early work is actually pretty easy to get ahold of. So hopefully the re-releases of Kylie, Enjoy Yourself, Rhythm Of Love and Let’s Get To It are digitally remastered and have previously unreleased material, which is unlikely given how ruthless SAW were about using everything they produced. Kylie Minogue’s Commonwealth Games Performance Crashed By Turnt Steeplechase Runner: Watch Her Flawless Seven-Song Set
The flawless 46-year-old kicked off the performance with 2000 hit “Spinning Around” before belting out Kiss Me Once lead single “Into The Blue”, “Love At First Sight”, “All The Lovers” and “Locomotion”. She then performed a solo version of Enrique Iglesias duet “Beautiful” — adding weight to rumors that it will be released as her next single — and closed (almost inevitably) with “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head”. Watch the GQ cover girl‘s full seven-song set after the jump. More »
There’s no word on the pop icon’s setlist yet but expect to hear a bunch of old classics instead of Kiss Me Once cuts. Kylie famously sang “On A Night Like This” (and covered ABBA‘s “Dancing Queen”) at the Sydney Olympics in 2000, so it would be interesting to see a repeat performance. The closing ceremony will be televised live in 72 countries. Check your listings. More »
Kylie Minogue Shows Her Famous Butt On The Cover Of ‘GQ’ Italy, Poses Topless Inside: See The Sexy Pics
The camp and playful (and thus quintessentially Kylie) shoot was helmed by Steve Shaw and he does a great job of capturing the pop goddess in all her glory without being smutty. She even poses without her bikini top in one pic, exposing some heavenly side-boob. But she’s at the beach and it’s for a European men’s publication, so it’s pretty restrained when you think about it. See the saucy snaps after the jump. More »
The “Into The Blue” diva recently wrapped up mentoring duties on The Voice Australia and can now return her focus to Kiss Me Once, which she will support with a world tour beginning August 22 in Ibiza, Spain. Cutfather-produced pop anthem “Sexy Love” was recently sent to radio down under but there’s still no word on the album’s next single internationally. Salivate over her GQ cover after the jump. More »

The chat covers all the bases of Kylie’s career — from her very first appearance on ’80s soap Neighbours up her coaching gig on The Voice — and doesn’t shy away from emotional topics like her early ’90s relationship with late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence (who Minogue says she had “many firsts” with) and the devastating breast cancer news she received nearly a decade ago.
The sitdown isn’t all fraught with emotion, however. For a bit of comic relief Kylie revisits her classic “Spinning Around” gold hotpants, which are now safely stored in Melbourne’s Cultural Arts Center…and must be handled with gloves. More »
The Aussie pop queen also announced that her Kiss Me Once Tour will be hitting her home country in March 2015. (Catch the full list of Australian dates here.) “I’ve absolutely loved being back in Australia and now I’m even more excited to announce the dates for my Australian Kiss Me Once Tour 2015,” Minogue said in a statement. “Bringing my show back home is always an amazing feeling so I can’t wait. Get your dancing shoes on!” More »
Allegedly produced by Alter Ego (it first appeared on his SoundCloud), Australian DJ Tommy Trash and The Runners, “Waiting 4 The Sun” is a sweeping synth-ballad that finds the iconic diva in a hopeful mood. “I’ll be standing by your side, I’ll be here waiting for the sun to rise,” she declares before a massive electronic breakdown. It sounds unfinished but still packs an epic punch. Listen to Kylie’s latest lost gem after the jump. More »
This won’t be the first time Kylie has appeared in a special effects-laden blockbuster. Who will ever forget her turn as a kickboxing action hero in Jean-Claude Van Damme‘s 1994 flop Street Fighter (I legit love that movie) or her iconic role as Dr. Petra Von Kant — say it out loud — in Pauly Shore comedy Bio-Dome. While those didn’t fare so well at the box office, she did have a memorable cameo in Baz Luhrmann‘s Moulin Rouge! and won rave reviews for her part in the award-winning Holy Motors. More »
