This weekend, the music world takes Chicago’s Grant Park by storm with Lollapalooza 2012. So how can such a colossal music fest get even more fun.? Well, a rousing set by the capitalization-averse “We Are Young” rockers couldn’t hurt, while Dev performed and dished to Billboard about her new album.

Meanwhile, Frank Ocean got a bit more poignant at the fest as he introduced “Bad Religion,” referring to his recent coming out: “I guess it’s pretty important to me because of some of the things I said in the last month. Lollapalooza 2012 Lineup: Florence + The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Calvin Harris & Fun.

Twenty-one years after initially kicking off as a touring extravaganza, and seven years after taking up one-stop residency at Chicago’s Grant Park, Lollapalooza has announced the lineup for its 2012 fest scheduled for the weekend of August 3 – 5. Headliners this year include , The Black Keys, a reunited Black Sabbath and Jack White. (Are you noticing the color theme here?) A bit further down, acts as varied as recent MTV Unplugged star Florence + The Machine, , , , , , and fill the roster.
