In a move that disappointed fan-abees (at least those displeased with the woozy, surfy stuff on Congratulations), MGMT did not play their Grammy nominated hit “Kids”. Yes, you read that right: MGMT did not play their ringtone-sounding hit, which is riding yet another wave of popularity after being sampled recently in Chiddy Bang’s “Opposite Of Adults”. The group did manage to create a singalong moment when they burst into “Electric Feel”, but MGMT mainly kept to their ambitious, arty new material.
