Last night, Super Bowl halftime entertainers The Black Eyed Peas played to a much smaller crowd at Los Angeles’ Music Box Theater to benefit their Peapod foundation. Of the pop stars supporting the BEP’s musicians’ scholarship charity were Ciara (in a chocolate brown slinky, sexy dress), “Hollywood” songstress JoJo, and producer Brian Kennedy’s pal Natasha Bedingfield. We’ve got a feeling that the Black Eyed Peas are ready and rearing to go for their halftime show this Super Bowl Sunday.  At their press conference in Dallas today, Fergie, Taboo and will.i.am expressed their excitement for the highly televised gig—apl.de.ap even got a special halftime haircut, shaving “BEP XLV” into his head. The BEP wouldn’t reveal what songs they would be performing, but we’re sure it will have that special boom boom pow. Perhaps the Grammy winners will change the classic Dirty Dancing theme once more—“I’ve Had The Halftime Of My Life”, anyone? More »
