Tinashe Grabs Travis Scott’s Crotch In British ‘GQ’ Shoot
Tinashe is willing to go the extra mile in the name of art/promo. The rising R&B diva poses with Travis Scott for British GQ’s summer fashion preview and grabs the rapper’s crotch in one picture (below). It shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that the spread was shot by Terry Richardson. (After all, he turned Miley Cyrus out in this infamous shoot). Expect to see a lot more of Tee given the arrival of her new single later this week. “Flame” arrives on March 16 and is shaping up to be a moody electronic anthem.
“Cold in the night when I hold you close,” the 24-year-old sings over a sparse, eerie beat. “Searching your eyes, but you’re gone like a ghost.” It doesn’t give too much away, but a preview of the video hints at a solemn affair. In a brief clip, Tinashe lights a candle at an alter of sorts. The song is apparently about the end of a relationship, which would make sense with this scenario. “Flame” is the first official single from Tinashe’s long-overdue sophomore LP, Joyride.
