Martin Garrix & Bebe Rexha Bring “In The Name Of Love” To ‘Jimmy Fallon’
In case you missed it, Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha conquered late night TV on Monday (August 22) with a brilliant performance of “In The Name Of Love” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The duo debuted a new arrangement of the song, which amps up the guitars and adds a subtle rock element. It was fun to see the Dutch DJ jamming with The Roots, while his glamorous collaborator showed off the full range of her powerful pipes.
After a couple of near-misses (“Don’t Look Down” and “Now That I’ve Found You”), “In The Name Of Love” is the crossover-pop hit Martin has been working towards since “Animals.” The track is already racing up the charts around the globe and is currently the 13th most-streamed song on Spotify. (It has a cumulative total of 30 million+ streams). The future bass anthem recently debuted at number 93 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is expected to rise a lot higher in the weeks to come.
