He WAS the Rubberband Man. I remember when they did that song on American Bandstand with those giant rubberbands. I recently bought their DVD and noticed he was missing. Thought it was due to illness didn't know about all that legal drama behind the scene. He'll be missed but @ least he'll be spinning in that heavenly choir with Philippe 'Soul' Wynne and my friend, Harry McGilberry of the Temps. The original Spinners and the original Temptations were my favorite groups. RIP, Billy.

Dennis, nothing cheesy about "Then Came You"...they were my fave of the Philly Sound groups..."Mighty Love", "Games People Play" even their "Cupid" and "Working My way Back To You" disco medleys are aces....

I know it's cheesy, but I secretly love the big hit with Dionne Warwick(e), "Then Came You" - great Thom Bell/vintage-Philly Sound production, and Warwick's and Henderson's voices actually sound good together.
