Mew’s lush … And The Glass-Handed Kites has been in heavy rotation at the Idolator flophouse since its release; while “Special” is one of the album’s more conventional tracks–when we first heard it, we could have sworn it had been played on WDRE back in 1991–its striking black-and-white video, filled with leaping lovers and inky water, is gorgeously photographed.
