Night Group is the first full-length from the Halifax quartet Dog Day, and we’ve been enjoying the band’s messy, raucous pop, which is straight out of Never Mind The Molluscs High. We’re especially into the rave-up “Oh Dead Life,” which has a few rapidfire fills that make us wonder if the band lets drummer KC Spidle go into full-on solo mode at their live shows:
