Scooter have been Falco-level züperztars in Germany for ages, and just last month “Jumping All Over The World”–named for the “jumpstyle” dancing that crazy Aryan kids are doing in the video–eclipsed Madonna atop the U.K. album chart, so the real question is: Why not the U.S.?
