A track-by-track breakdown of Blackout is either more coverage than the album deserves or not enough–I’m leaning towards the former–but scanning the tracklist, it’s clear that “Get Naked (I Got A Plan)” is one of those song titles that strips all meaning from flimsy human concepts like “irony” and “self-referentiality.” And those only come along once every few years.
