So Idolator is up for Best Music Blog in the 2008 Weblog Awards, which are not to be confused with the Bloggies, or for that matter with the AVN Adult Movie Awards. Since I’m trying to be more “assertive” in 2009 I’m going to use this opportunity to suggest that you click over there and vote for us, if only to give me a reason to buy a new dress for the awards ceremony. (There is a ceremony, right? If only for the sake of getting us bloggers off our asses/out of our houses? OK maybe if there’s no ceremony I’ll just throw a party of my own! Yes I can!)
