Depeche Mode has been canceling concerts left and right over the past month thanks to lead singer Dave Gahan suffering from what was thought to be a particularly nasty bout of gastroenteritis–until further tests revealed that the singer had a low-grade tumor in his bladder, which doctors removed successfully. As a result of Gahan needing time to recover, the band has canceled or postponed all of its
upcoming shows through their June 8 date in Leipzig, Germany, and an announcement about the shows that were scratched as a result of Gahan’s illness should come next week. The European shows that are still happening are listed after the jump.
