AEG Live, which promoted the now-canceled 50-show string of Michael Jackson shows scheduled for London’s O2 Arena this summer, has announced that ticket holders will be able to get full refunds–including service charges–beginning this Wednesday at the residency’s official site. Those fans who want to own the physical tickets, which were designed by the late Jackson, will also be able to receive them “in lieu of the full refunds,” according to Billboard. AEG Live’s Randy Phillips issued a statement within a statement:

“The world lost a kind soul who just happened to be the greatest entertainer the world has ever known,” AEG Live president/CEO Randy Phillips said in a statement. “Since he loved his fans in life, it is incumbent upon us to treat them with the same reverence and respect after his death.”
