David Cook Gets Emotional On ‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’
While certain past American Idol winners are jumping into reality TV in the saddest ways possible, others are still taking (what passes for) the high road. David Cook was on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition last night, helping build a home for the Cowan family. Twelve-year-old Kori Cowan suffers from blood disorder, but still finds time to raise money to battle cancer. David, you may remember, lost his own brother Adam to cancer just a year after winning American Idol, so the cause is extremely personal to him.
