:: Here’s your recap of the Atlanta auditions in case you missed it, or just want to relive the glory of Skii Bo Ski, baby! [Idolator]

:: Ratings dropped from the premiere by 14%. That’s pretty normal, but let’s freak out anyway that this is the beginning of the death of Idol. [The Live Feed]

:: Everyone wants Simon Cowell’s job! We still think they should just force Madonna to do it, even if she doesn’t want to. Just tie her to a chair behind the judge’s table and watch her bitch everybody out. That’s good TV!  [AP]

:: Ringer alert? Holly “Guitar Girl” Harden previously appeared on America’s Got Talent, and Jermaine Sellers, who nailed a gospel-esque rendition of “One Of Us”, placed 2nd in BET’s singing reality show Sunday’s Best back in 2007.
