‘Glee Live!’—Coming To A Town Near You (If You Live In One Of Four Cities)

Lea Michele and Cory Monteith recently tweeted their joy of recording a guest spot on The Simpsons, but get ready, because the world is about to get even more Gleeked out: the cast of the hit Fox show are stepping off the TV set to perform a live stage show of their hits this Spring. The 7-date tour will be stopping in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Phoenix, and the exclamation-adorned title of the tour alone—”Glee Live! In Concert!”—should already tell you the over-the-top, campy pleasure explosion you can expect to experience. Dates after the jump.

Participating in the show will be Glee stars Lea Michele (Rachel), Cory Monteith (Finn), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Chris Colfer (Kurt), Kevin McHale (Artie), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), Mark Salling (Puck), Dianna Agron (Quinn), Naya Rivera (Santana), Heather Morris (Brittany), Harry Shum, Jr. (Mike) and Dijon Talton (Matt). Sorry, guys, there won’t be any Mr. Shuester and Sue Sylvester on-stage banter. You’ll have to keep setting your DVRs for that.

Tickets go on sale March 5 for American Express cardholders and March 12 (Phoenix) and March 13 (NY, LA and Chi-Town) for everyone else. Songs to be featured in the live stage show include “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Somebody to Love” and “Jump,” but if there’s any justice in the world, we’ll be treated to Chris Colfer doing the “Single Ladies” dance, too.
