Sade had a nice three week stretch at the top of the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, but Lady Antebellum’s Need You Now has returned to #1 and bumped Soldier Of Love down a notch. Meanwhile, over on the Hot 100 singles chart, British crooner Taio Cruz lands his first bona fide U.S. hit as his Ludacris-featuring single “Break Your Heart” jumps from #53 to #1 after its first full week on sale.

Cruz’s “Break Your Heart” sold a total of 273,000 downloads last week, and has now set a record for the largest jump to #1 on the Hot 100 by an artist with their debut single. Kelly Clarkson held the previous record after “A Moment Like This” rose from #52 to #1 in October 2002. (Wow. Where did eight years suddenly go?)

Back on the main album chart, six new albums debut in the Top 10, thus finally bumping mainstays like Taylor Swift’s Fearless and Susan Boyle’s I Dreamed A Dream out of the upper tier. Among the debuts is My Best Days from American Idol Season 8 contestant Danny Gokey. The album sold 65,000 copies and lands at #4. Last week Gokey performed the LP’s lead track “My Best Days Are Ahead Of Me” on the Idol results show.

Other new albums include the Alice In Wonderland tie-in album Almost Alice at #5 (it sold 58,000 copies), Lifehouse’s Smoke And Mirrors at #6 (54,000) and Raheem DeVaughn’s Love And MasterPeace at #9 (45,000).

Elsewhere, “In My Head” and “Watcha Say” hitmaker Jason Derulo just missed the Top 10 with his self-titled album. It comes in at #11, Billboard reports, after moving 42,000 copies.
