When Keane first rode onto the scene in 2004 on a wave of piano-driven pop-rock, adding a rapper to their tunes seemed like the last thing the British trio would ever do. But here we are six years later as the band is about to unleash its fourth release, the Night Train EP (out May 10), which contains two songs featuring Somali-Canadian rapper/musician K’Naan. Catch the video for Night Train‘s first single, “Stop For A Minute,” after the jump.

But that’s not the only way Keane is switching things up this time around—in addition to “Stop For A Minute,” K’Naan will also appear on the Night Train track “Looking Back.” Meanwhile, the trio’s piano man Tim Rice-Oxley takes lead vocals on “Your Love,” while Japanese artist Tigarah appears on the song “Ishin Denshin (You’ve Got to Help Yourself).”

“I think these tracks show in a completely different light,” lead singer Tom Chaplin said, as quoted by Spinner.

Here’s the tracklist for Night Train:

1. “House Lights” 2. “Back in Time” 3. “Stop for a Minute” (feat K’Naan) 4. “Clear Skies” 5. “Ishin Denshin (You’ve Got to Help Yourself)” (feat Tigarah) 6. “Your Love” 7. “Looking Back” (feat K’Naan) 8. “My Shadow”
