Is It Too Early For A Sean Kingston Cover Of Drake’s “Over”?
Drake’s latest single “Over” is proving to be like pollen to the buzzing bees to of the hip hop/pop community. Not only did B.o.B sample a riff from the jam for his own song “I Don’t Know Y’all,” Sean Kingston has now done a freestyle cover of “Over,” complete with a very DIY music video. Mind you, this is all before Drakes own video has premiered! Catch Justin Bieber’s latest duet partner taking on “Over” after the jump.
Despite the epileptic fit-inducing camera work, the video isn’t half bad for what we’re guessing was about a one-hour shoot. Drake, you’ve got your work cut out for you.
Drake’s “Over” video, which has yet to premiere, was directed by Anthony Mandler, who most recently shot the clip for Usher’s “OMG.”
