Did you hear?

VIDEO REWIND OF THE DAY: Since Idolator is headed to Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this Friday, we’re doing a countdown of all the big acts set to perform in the desert this weekend. First up  is classic hip-hop group De La Soul, set to perform Sunday evening at the music fest. Blast to the past with the 1989 classroom-set video for “Me, Myself and I,” overloaded with enough late 80s/early 90s nostalgia to make your head spin, from the asymmetrical, gravity-defying hairstyles to the day-glo clothes to the lack of any sort of production value whatever. We can’t wait to see what the group has in store for us during their set at Coachella, and whether they’ll take to the stage to perform with Gorillaz on Grammy-winning jam “Feel Good Inc.” or new Plastic Beach single “Superfast Jellyfish”. (We’re betting they do.)
