Kanye West had a guest stint on last night’s episode of Fox’s animated sitcom The Cleveland Show. Appearing as the character Kenny West, the outspoken artist took on Cleveland Jr. in a rap showdown. But former senator John Edwards and Hootie & The Blowfish singer-turned-country-artist Darius Rucker also got zinged by the self-proclaimed “black Zac Efron”—that is, before West himself got completely owned by Cleveland Jr.’s own hidden rhyming abilities. Watch the verbal battle below.

Pretty comical how Kanye makes fun of his own leanings on the use of Auto Tune. So do we expect him to curb the studio vocal trickery anytime soon? Yeah, right.

But this of course isn’t the first time Kanye has been portrayed in animated form.
