At the recent New York gala event celebrating Time‘s 100 Most Influential People issue, honoree and professional award-collector Taylor Swift got chatty with MTV News about her upcoming third album. “I’ve been writing it for the last two years, so this summer it’s all about the finishing touches and getting in there in the studio and recording the last couple songs,” the 20-year-old country-pop crooner revealed. When asked about what the songs on the album will be about, Swift, who’s soon to be rendered in comic book form, replied, “What do you think? Boys and love!” before twirling off on the red carpet.

Meanwhile, Taylor recently traveled to flooded country music capital Nashville. “Please keep Nashville in your heart,” she tweeted yesterday. “Seeing a picture of the Grande Ole Opry halfway underwater was a kind of heartbreak I can’t describe.”

A slide show of the flooding that occurred this week at the Opryland Hotel and surrounding areas in Nashville has been published here.
